Privacy policy

This policy explains how Groupe Medialys Technologies inc. handles personal information collected through medialys.ca. It applies to the group’s corporate website, not to the services provided by its portfolio brands.

The information provided when you contact a portfolio brand is governed by that service’s own privacy policy.

For a question, an access request or a complaint, contact the person in charge of the protection of personal information at laurence@medialys.ca.

The contact form asks for your full name, email address, reason for writing, message and consent to process your request. An organization name is optional. This information is used to review your request and reply to you.

You may choose not to submit the form. Without the required information, we cannot process your request through it. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential documents in your message.

Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

This website is hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are received through Netlify Forms and may be forwarded to the group’s email system for follow-up. The people handling your request and the service providers involved in its delivery may access the necessary information.

Netlify is a United States company. Information may be processed outside Québec or Canada. We do not sell the personal information submitted through this site.

To serve and secure the website, the hosting provider also processes technical data such as IP addresses, request dates and server logs.

This version of medialys.ca uses no advertising cookies, visitor analytics scripts or third-party chat widget. It does not save the contents of your form in browser storage. Its fonts and visual assets are hosted with the website.

Technical hosting logs are separate from the information you choose to enter in the contact form.

Messages are kept for the time needed to follow up on a request and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. Access is restricted to the people handling that follow-up. No method of transmission over the Internet provides an absolute security guarantee.

You may request access to or correction of your information, withdraw your consent, or request deletion where applicable by writing to laurence@medialys.ca. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

You may also submit a complaint to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
