How the score is computed

Each answer adds 0 to 2 points to one or two of three dimensions: diagnostic, strategic mandate, fractional leadership.
The dimension with the most points determines the recommendation. In case of a tie, the priority order is diagnostic, then mandate, then fractional leadership — understanding before acting is always the least risky first step.
Two questions award no points: the decision timeline and the size of the organization. They only serve to detect the “not the right fit” outcome: if your answers show almost no signal (1 point or less in total), or if you are a very small organization with no will to decide soon, we say so rather than recommend an engagement.
The result screen shows the points earned per dimension, so you can verify the computation yourself. The scoring engine is covered by automated tests.
