3. Data Collection
We only collect information required to respond to requests, evaluate project fit, improve service quality and comply with legal obligations.
Collected categories may include identity and contact data, business qualification details and technical usage data.
When you submit the contact form, the information entered is processed by Netlify Forms so Medialys can receive and respond to your request.
4. Data Use
Data is used for client relationship management, service delivery, relevant communications, website improvement and security controls.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use essential cookies and, when configured, analytics tools such as GA4. Non-essential tracking should be activated only based on consent choices.
6. Vendors and Transfers
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with essential providers (hosting, forms, scheduling, analytics) for operational needs.
Some providers may process data outside Quebec/Canada; contractual and security safeguards are applied.
7. Retention and Security
Personal information is retained only for necessary durations. We apply reasonable organizational and technical controls (access restriction, logging, backup and security practices).
8. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, consent withdrawal where applicable, deletion/processing limitation in certain circumstances and may submit a complaint to the CAI.

9. Privacy Incident
In case of a confidentiality incident involving serious risk of harm, Medialys applies Law 25 obligations (documentation, risk assessment, corrective action and required notifications).
